Please allow at least 7 business days for a response. If we do not respond within that time, please resubmit. Also, if the artist requested does not feel they are the best for the job, we may refer you to a different artist in the shop. Once an appointment is set, we will require a $50-100 (depending on the appointment) deposit that we will invoice you for. This must be paid within 48 hours of setting the appointment. 

Please note, filling out this form does not guarantee you an appointment. If an appointment is set and your idea is changed day of appointment, we may be forced to reschedule. 

You can also come in anytime during business hours for a consultation.

Deposit Policy

We require a $50-$100 deposit depending on the appointment. We will send an invoice to your email for the deposit. This must be paid within two days to secure your spot, unless otherwise agreed upon. If it is not paid within two days, you forfeit your appointment date. The deposit is non-refundable. If you no-show, or cancel your appointment, you lose your deposit. If you give us at least 24 hours notice before rescheduling, we will move your deposit up to two times.
